Here’s a breakdown of life’s cycle. From the time you’re born until you graduate high school, your parents are responsible for you by providing all your needs. In the elementary years, you start to meet kids the same age or around your age. These become your friends and usually, you pick one that becomes your best friend.

All through this formative journey, you will encounter kids coming from different backgrounds with different personalities. As you go through the different levels of school you are changing into a young adult.

As an adult, you become responsible for yourself and your actions. Some of the actions may cost you a lot of things that you can not see in the moment but God sees it all. You may be battling alcoholism, looking for the next high, or maybe feeling like you are literally a failure but you are none of those things. God loves you unconditionally and will meet you right there if you just call His name. 

While our lives evolve and change at every stage, God never changes. He remains the same. Hold on to Him as your firm foundation no matter what stage you’re at.

I thank you for your unchanging love and your faithfulness to me. Thank you for sufficient grace and strength that carries me through different seasons. I may not see the road ahead but I know you’re already there, waiting to lead and direct my path. Be glorified, in the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

With every change you encounter in life, take time to pause and evaluate where you’re at. Are you pleased with where your life is going? If there are any changes you desire to make, now is the perfect time to do so.
