We must pay attention to “If God is for us” before we claim, “Who can be against us?” Paul explained how to surrender, “If by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” (Romans 8:13-14) Let us walk in the Spirit.

When Jacob wrestled with God, he did not get blessed until he accepted God's desired changes in his life and walk. God changed his name to Israel and wrenched his hip. For God to be for us and bring the victory, we need to trust and surrender to Jesus daily.

Querido Padre Celestial,

I know the desired changes You have for me are for my good. I ask that You make clear to me each area in which I need to grow as Your child and give me the wisdom and determination to make those changes as I come under full submission to You. Amen!

Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what misdeeds of your body need to be put to death so that you can claim the victory as you wrestle with God for blessing.
