It's easy to forget the promises of God when surrounded by the storms of life. The external noise for a moment seems louder than anything we have read, heard or known about God. 

One thing to remember is that God swore by Himself that He would keep His promises to Abraham. Psalm 138:2 says He has magnified His word above His name, meaning you can be rest assured it will come to pass. It's time to hold on to every promise whispered in His word, every testimony of victory in the mountain top season can carry you through the valley season. 

The same God who promised is still the same God today. He will do what He said He will do! 

Querido Padre Celestial,

I praise you my promise keeper. Your word is trustworthy and true. Help me to remember the whispers of your promises even when the noise of this world comes screaming at me. Open my eyes that I may see your hand at work and give me peace as I wait to see my breakthrough. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen!  

It is easier to trust God with our lives if we can look back and see all the good that God has already done in the past for us. Think back to what you have been praying about or hoping for a year or a few years ago. How has God worked that out?
