Praise The Lord Even When You’re Down

Sunday, July 2

Psalm 102:18 NKJV
This will be written for the generation to come, That a people yet to be created may praise the LORD.
Devoción
Our job and our reason for living as God’s creation is to glorify God. We were saved so that we can praise Him. We were delivered so we could dance. David danced before the Lord and was not ashamed and neither should we be.

The generations that will follow us must see our example. And the ones who aren't born yet will praise the Lord after us. Praise is our lifeline. It connects us to God. We were born to worship our creator.

Praise brings us out of depression and heals us. Praise unites us as a church and family. Praise chases the demons away. The devil hates it when we worship and praise God. But God inhabits the praise of His people. So, let's be a people known for praising God!

Querido Padre Celestial,

Thank you for the new song you have put in my heart. A song of praise and adoration to you my God and my King. I will not be silent but I’ll sing of your praises on the mountaintop. From one generation to the next, I will make known your magnificent wonder and pass on this legacy to my children and my children’s children. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

What is keeping you from praising Him today? Whatever it is give it to him and praise Him instead. He will lift you out of it as you magnify Him.
