Have you ever witnessed the lighting of a candelabra? One candle is used to light each consecutive candle, yet its flame is not diminished. Once all candles are lit, each branch, producing light, works together for one purpose. As one flame kindles another flame, so does the Spirit of the Lord, in those who are willing to serve Him!

When each member of the Crew is Spirit motivated, the team will achieve the desired results according to God's Will. God will choose your Crew! No one will be out of sync, none will be pulling against the others. All members will be moving as one, toward a single goal, laser focused. It is imperative for each team member to be listening for direction. The person God has placed to lead, must be able to hear God's Voice. At the leader's command, each person must be ready to move as one! Your actions affect the team. Do not allow distractions to sway your focus. He knows the destination, and the path necessary for victory. One Vision, for One purpose, One direction, and One goal. Each team member functions collectively as a whole unit.

Going in different directions, or working against one another does not align with God's Will. Just like water flowing down a hill, when it moves as one body, nothing can stop it. The more water joining the body, the bigger the impact. Unity brings unrestricted anointing, flowing into a mighty river, gushing with the Blessing of The Lord!

Querido Padre Celestial,

I thank you for the people in my corner, my crew. I pray that you may unite us in perfect unity. That together we can move forward into all that you intend to do in us, through us and for us, in Jesus’ name, Amen!

There’s a better way to express a difference in opinion. Next time you find yourself not agreeing with someone in your crew, be sure to express yourself in love with the intent to uphold unity even if the conclusion is not in your favor.
