Jesus fed a huge crowd by multiplying the loaves and fishes in his disciples' hands. Each disciple needed only to do his own job by obeying. Jesus provides the miracles that make discipleship effective. We can trust for similar miracles today just as the prophet Elisha trusted and received miracles of multiplication described in 2 Kings 4.

We have nothing to share until we receive something from Jesus. Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. If we pay attention to God's word, the Holy Spirit will do miracles of multiplication in our hearts and mouths. As we share God's word from a pure heart, we can expect a harvest of 30, 60, even 100 fold.

Thank You for the many blessings you have given me. I acknowledge that you have blessed me to be a blessing. Open my eyes that I may see the needs around me and give me wisdom to know that you can multiply what I have for the extension of your Kingdom. Amen!

Look around and identify a need in someone’s life. Plan ahead of time what you can do to help them and share the burden they carry.
