God never backs out. God will always do what He says and say what He will do. He never backs out of what He said. His promises are grounded in Christ, His promises are assured, unfailing and everlasting. 

When you deal with a problem, don't focus on the problem itself, instead, focus on what God says. For every single problem that you are facing God has a promise that He has given. If you are sick, He is the God of healing. If you face a financial problem, He is the God of provision. If you have a security problem and are afraid for your life, He is the God of protection. He will always stand with us, God will never forsake us or forget us.

There will be tough times for sure. You may find yourself in some dark situation, and you don't see where to go. He will hold your hand and guide your feet to the light. Always remember He is the way maker. He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way.

Querido Padre Celestial,

Thank You that every promise I have in Jesus is “Yes” and “Amen.” Help me go beyond trusting Jesus in every promise to also being trustworthy in my words, so that I become more and more like Jesus. I want my friends, co-workers, and family to see Jesus in me. Help me take due care not to say things I do not mean or cannot keep. At the same time, help me to abide by and truly keep the things that I say. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

In many devotional times, we consider ourselves and our relationship with God in Jesus. This is good. But today, spend some time considering our brothers and sisters in danger, whether due to prison, persecution, or oppression in the streets. Pray that God will make a way for them where there is no way and let them be evidence of God’s goodness in the land of the living.
