Do You Want To Be Healed?

John 5:1-4 (NKJV)

“After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had.”

Devoción

The Pool of Bethesda was a place of healing. Many sick people went there to wait for the stirring of the water, hoping to be the first one in and be healed.

Today, the Holy Spirit is like the water of life, stirring in our midst. He is moving and healing our mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Do you want to be healed? Then stop making excuses. Believe, receive, and be made whole. By the stripes of Jesus, we are healed and set free from the law of sin and death. He took upon Himself the iniquity of us all. Jesus bore the penalty for all our sins—past, present, and future.

Just as the king took the scourges for his daughter in his own body, God Himself provided the Lamb for the sacrifice so that we may be saved, healed, and have an abundant life.

When we are hard-pressed on every side and unable to have hope for tomorrow, our minds can break, and we can begin to believe the lies of the enemy. Allow the Holy Spirit to speak truth into your life. The word of God reminds us, “...be transformed with the renewing of your mind...” (Romans 12:2). “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). “...be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

God has already paved the way for your healing, wholeness, deliverance, and even an abundant life. Remember that we are victorious in Christ Jesus, our King!

Querido Padre Celestial,

I love You always and forever! Thank You for sending our Lord Jesus to take my place so that I could be reconciled with You through His redeeming work on the cross. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for guiding me in my daily walk with You. Thank You for Your healing grace. I receive the gift of sight; with eyes of faith, I choose to believe that with You, all things are possible! Help me soar on wings like eagles and claim all Your promises for me and my family. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
